- Payment data: the amount, the currency, the outcome of the transaction and the last digits and brand of your card. We never see or store your full card number: it is handled directly by the payment provider.
- Your account (where a product includes a members' area): login email, encrypted password, and which contents you open or save as favourites.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, language, pages visited, time spent and where you came from.
- Communications: whatever you write to us by email or on social media.
The contact form on this corporate website is for presentation only and does not send or store anything; to reach us, use the email address above. We do not ask for and do not need special category data (health, beliefs, biometrics). Please do not send it to us.

- Billing and transaction records: for the period required by applicable tax law, and for as long as needed to handle payment disputes.
- Support emails: up to three years from the last contact.
- Advertising measurement data: according to each provider's retention periods.
After that we delete or anonymise it.
9. Your rights
At any time you can ask us to: access your data, correct it if it is inaccurate, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws have equivalent rights, including the right to know what we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; we do not sell personal data.
