1. Who we are and acceptance
Our websites, online stores and members' applications (together, the “Services”) are operated by ANTARA SOLUTIONS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America, EIN 42-3741921, with business address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States and contact email info@antarasolutionsllc.com.
By making a purchase or using any of the Services you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not complete your purchase. Each store may display additional product-specific information; where it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail.
2. What you are buying
We sell digital products only: editable design template kits, printable resources, creative learning kits, downloadable resource packs, and digital memberships that give ongoing access to a library of content. No physical product is included and nothing is shipped.
Many of our templates open and are edited in third-party design tools such as Canva. To use them you need your own account with that tool, which you can usually create for free. We do not sell or include subscriptions to those tools, and certain individual elements may require a paid account with the tool in order to be exported.
3. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your country at checkout. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown before you confirm your order. Payment is processed by our payment providers (for example Stripe); we do not store your card details. The charge will appear on your statement under our company name or the name of the store where you purchased.
4. Delivery and access
Delivery is immediate and automatic. After payment you will receive an email with your download link or with instructions to access the members' area.
Access is tied to the email address used for the purchase. If you register with a different address, contact us and we will link it manually. Providing a valid, accessible email address is your responsibility; we are not liable for mistyped addresses, full mailboxes or messages blocked by your provider. Please also check your spam folder.
Access is personal and non-transferable, for one person or business. One-time purchases do not expire while the product or members' area remains in operation.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Digital content with immediate delivery. By completing your purchase you expressly request that delivery begins immediately and you acknowledge that, once access is granted or the files are made available, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases in some jurisdictions. This waiver is what allows us to deliver the product instantly.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: we refund where there is a verifiable technical fault attributable to us that we could not resolve after you reported it, and in the event of a duplicate charge or billing error. We do not refund for change of mind, lack of use, or unfamiliarity with third-party tools. Individual packs and add-ons are non-refundable once accessed.
6. Subscriptions and memberships
If you take out a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us, with no explanation required and no penalty. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Periods already charged and used are not refunded pro rata. We will notify you by email before any price change.
What you created remains yours: designs you customised and exported while you were a member may continue to be used and sold after cancellation, in accordance with the licence in section 7.
7. Licence: what you may and may not do
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates and resources within your own business or for your own personal projects.
You MAY:
- Customise the templates with names, ages, colours and text.
- Print and sell the finished physical products you make with them (favour bags, boxes, labels, toppers, printed invitations, decorations…), with no unit limit.
- Deliver to an individual client a final file that is already personalised and non-editable (flattened PDF, JPG or PNG) for them to print.
- Use photographs of your finished work to promote your business.
You MAY NOT:
- Share, resell, give away, lend or redistribute the templates, the files or the editing links, whether modified or unmodified.
- Share your access, password or account with anyone else.
- Sell editable files, or any file from which a third party could extract the elements.
- Publish the content on any other website, application, marketplace, group or download service.
- Use our products to create a product that competes with them (another template library, pack or kit).
- Download a catalogue or library in bulk or by automated means.
- Claim authorship of the original content or register it as a trade mark.
Breach of this section results in immediate termination of access without refund and entitles us to pursue any legal remedies available.
8. Third-party content and your responsibility for what you produce
Templates edited in third-party tools may incorporate elements owned by that tool or its providers. Our licence covers our own design, selection and arrangement; use of those elements is additionally governed by the tool's own content licence, which you accept separately through your own account.
Some themes refer to third-party characters, brands or properties. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of such material is lawful in your country and in your line of business, and for obtaining any authorisations that may be required. We do not and cannot grant rights over third-party trade marks or characters. Antara Solutions LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Canva or by any third-party brand or character owner.
9. Acceptable use and accounts
You must be of legal age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, in order to purchase. One person or business, one account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that share access, create multiple accounts, or use the Services fraudulently.
10. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have any problem, contact us first at info@antarasolutionsllc.com: we reply and we resolve. Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank without giving us the opportunity to resolve the matter constitutes a breach of these Terms and results in immediate suspension of access, as well as submission to the card issuer of our evidence of delivery, access and use of the product.
11. Availability and changes to the products
We work to keep the Services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Catalogues and libraries may change over time: we add new content and occasionally withdraw or replace material. Such changes do not give rise to a right of refund.
12. Limitation of liability
Our products are working tools: we do not guarantee any commercial result, sales or income arising from their use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights granted to you on a mandatory basis by the law of your country of residence.
13. Privacy
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your email address to deliver your purchase, provide support and send you notices relating to the product. You may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your data by writing to info@antarasolutionsllc.com.
14. Support
Official support channel: info@antarasolutionsllc.com. Each store may also show its own support address, which reaches the same team. We normally reply within 48 business hours.
15. Governing law and changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date of last update appears at the top. Where a change is material, we will notify you by email.
